I think the hardest thing about business is people. Because people sometimes, are the worst!
Yesterday we had a customer threaten to cancel because we didn't have an exact copy of "Uptown Funk". :-) And he also had to throw in some other sentences that no human being would say to an in-person, actual face.
The moral of the story. There will people that don't like what you do and what you stand for. And that's OK!
Give the attention to people that truly love you.
Be super polite and try your best to give excellent care to that person. But when it is time to finally cut a customer lose, let them go gladly.
